    Everything important gets written down — architectural decisions, APIs, deployment processes. Knowledge stays with the team.

    Clear intermediate goals and transparent progress communication. No nasty surprises shortly before the deadline.

  • Maintainable Software

    Code that others (and I) can still understand in two years. Clean code, sensible abstraction, tests where they help.

  • Flexible & Mobile

    Remote work is my default. When needed I'm on-site at the client — within Austria and internationally.
