Location: Remote-first, occasional on-site (Austria/Europe)

Agile Development
Iterative sprints, continuous integration and fast feedback instead of big-bang releases.
Business Analysis
I think beyond the requirements document and challenge assumptions to understand the real need.
Documentation
Everything important gets written down — architectural decisions, APIs, deployment processes. Knowledge stays with the team.
Regular Milestones
Clear intermediate goals and transparent progress communication. No nasty surprises shortly before the deadline.
Maintainable Software
Code that others (and I) can still understand in two years. Clean code, sensible abstraction, tests where they help.
Flexible & Mobile
Remote work is my default. When needed I'm on-site at the client — within Austria and internationally.
